1. General Shipping Information

In most cases, sellers obtain the items and ship them within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery time estimates are based on the following variables:

  • The vendor providing the item
  • Availability of the Product from the Seller
  • The address where you want the order shipped as well as the seller's location

2. Shipping Charges

Delivery fee varies according to items. For low-value commodities, shipping expenses are comparatively greater for sellers. In these situations, a little delivery fee helps them defray their overhead.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery Times:

  • Most States: 3-5 working days
  • Andhra Pradesh and Telangana: 1-2 working days
  • General Estimate: 7 to 12 days from the date of technically and commercially clear order and acceptance

Important Notes:

  • Dispatch of goods will be through reputed couriers
  • Delivery of goods will be made only on weekdays and working days
  • No delivery during weekends, holidays and after office hours
  • Shipping information will be provided on request only

4. Late Shipments

The majority of orders are delivered on schedule. On the other hand, orders rarely arrive after the scheduled delivery date. Because it depends on different factors such as:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or house number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Product out of stock
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Local or regional contingencies
  • The shipment destination, and the courier partner's time-to-delivery in your area all affect delivery times

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

The availability of COD is contingent upon the courier partner servicing your location's capacity to receive payment in cash at the time of delivery.

Note: Your order value may have surpassed the cash amount that our courier partners are required to pay upon delivery, depending on the destination. To find out if CoD is available where you are, please enter your pin code on the product page.

6. Shipping & Delivery Issues

You have undoubtedly observed that the product you are interested in have different projected delivery periods. Factors affecting delivery times include product availability, seller's location, shipping destination, and courier partner's time-to-delivery.

For More Accurate Delivery Times:

  • Please input your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it continually)
  • If you get a delivery confirmation by email or SMS but the product was not delivered, report the problem at the website as soon as possible so they can look into it
  • Report within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation

  5. Handover to courier partner
  6. Transit to destination
  7. Out for delivery

9. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is not successful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to the sender or held at a local facility for pickup.

Delivery Attempt Process:

  • First attempt: Regular delivery attempt
  • Second attempt: If first attempt fails
  • Third attempt: Final delivery attempt
  • Hold for pickup: If all attempts fail

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
